Touch hazy, not much head. On the nose orange peel and a fair bit of coriander. Tastes strongly of coriander...peppery...off dry. Nondescript malts don’t really show wheat. Light esters but the yeast is restrained in this example.

Draught at the brewery, as ’Belgian Wit with Fresh Orange Peel’
Cloudy blond color. Some sulfur aroma, some Saison spices, maybe even a bit funky; mellow final, low bitterness, with a hint of orange peel.
Not a typical Belgian Wit, but a good beer.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out considerable banana and orange peel, along with light coriander. Flavour is more prominent on the coriander, with subdued orange peel and again the banana notes. Dry, floral and spicy finish. Not very interesting, even for the style. Meh.
