On tap at Stem, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite crisp, with dry apples and nice acidity. Flavour is crisp and nicely acidic, with fresh crisp and dry apples and gentle acidity. Fresh, crisp and punchy. Very good.

Tulip at Stem - very clean pour, looking like a white wine - very clean, bright, fruity, with just enough of the tang from the crab apples to give in an interesting, dry, almost tannic acidity - clean finish with a moderate prickly acidity - very nice.

The palest gold of the 4 in my taster. Now this smells like a cider, crabapple and Apple and even some cinnamon type spice. The taste is ascerbic, tart crabapple/Apple with a bit of sweetness. I like this.

Sampled at the cidery pours a mostly clear gold with some light, soapy head. Nose has some really cool cheesiness to it, some fresh cheddar and even some funky blue, straw, but obviously tart apples, very few hints of sweetness. Flavor is solid, tart green apple, apple skins, light butter, some cheese, straw. Crisp and dry on the end. Lovely.
