Tasting at Erik’s, crowler
Cloudy blond colour. It smells like perfumy soap/shampoo. The mouthfeel is very watery, incredible lack of character, and traces of rosemary on top.
Really not good.

Sort of a dullish pale colour. Medium head. The aroma is a lot of rosemary, with quite a bit of yeast. There's a light body, touch of rosemary, soft pale malts, and a touch of yeast. I like it - the rosemary actually and the balance is quite nice. I do get a touch of brett, but it's certainly subordinated to the rosemary, which I think is expected.

32oz crowler (thx, Simon N.!) at Erik's. Pours a hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is lots of rosemary and some smoky notes like in Belgian Saisons. Taste is a bit better with a bit of fruitiness. It's ok.

Crowler, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with rosemary upfront, followed by wild yeast, some lacto, and saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with rosemary, lacto and wild yeast. A bit watery and lacking depth, but it's okay.
