Tasting at Matt's
Hazy blond colour. Nice aroma, sour, touch of apricot, some manure smell. Soft mouthfeel, well carbonated, acidic, with tart fruit, and a bit of funk.
Nice complexity, and good result overall.

Dullish tan, with a touch of haze. Light tartness, I think some phenols, mellow lemon and orange. Light body, touch of tartness.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of perfumey notes, citric notes, and some wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of earthy notes, wild yeast, perfume, and some oxidation. Rather muffled and lacking cohesion. Not so convincing.
