After aging for a year in Cabernet Suavignon barrels, Meander was conditioned for three months on Gooseberries to create a complex barrel aged Blonde Ale full of funk, fruit, and a refreshingly tart finish.

Bottle at Weathered, pours a cloudy amber golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, some earthy funk, and light musty grape skins. Flavour is very musty, with fuzzy grape skins, light brett funk, and some wild yeast. Musty and earthy. Pretty solid, but seems slightly off the mark.

Taster at the brewery shared with Andrey. Pours a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is a barrel and fermented fruits/berries. Taste is a bit less sophisticated but along the same lines. Pretty good but needs a bit of further work.

Light amber, lots of wood, gooseberry, brett c, berries, bright and tasty. Haven't had a lot of beers like this from this brewery, but it's solid.
