Dry hopped with Simcoe and packed full of fluffy flaked and malted oats Cydonia bursts with notes of citrus, pine, and grapefruit. Fermented with a clean ale yeast this Oat IPA is a big juicy East Coast IPA trapped in a West Coast IPA’s dank resiny body.

473mL can, pours a hazy copper golden with a medium white head. Aroma is fairly laid back, with earthy piney hops, dry oats, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy hops, pine notes, dry oats, and biscuity malt. Dry, bitter and oat-y. Decently made, and drinkable IPA.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy golden colour. Maybe because it's dry, weak, not very bright, but this beer doesn't really qualify as IPA, although it's a good, clean, lean Pale Ale with some vegetable hop resin.

Oat IPA and yet it drops bright amber. Thin head. Nice fruity mango and papaya hops maybe some pear esters and slightly biscuity malts. Moderate bitterness, tangerine and papaya hop notes, again a nice biscuity malt backbone. Finishes quite bitter but balanced but that malt. Solid.
