Bottle split at the Level 6 Xmas Bash, team share, 15/12/22. Light black with a tan cap that thins to the edge. Nose is chocolate, toffee, bourbon rip, figs, molasses, dark malts. Taste comprises dried fruits, bourbon, hint of coffee, spice, dates, figs. Full bodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid kit.

Bottle shared in Canary Wharf - big thanks to the team and especially Wingman for organising. Pours deep black-brown with a creamy khaki head. Big sweet flavour without quite being cloying, some molasses, vanilla, raisins, lots of figs and dates, bourbon, background cocoa and roast, understated boozy warmth. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, a little sticky, more dark fruits, berries, very slight fruity tang, more bourbon, toffee, figs. Absolutely delicious.

Bottle at the Columbus Christmas Tasting. 15/12/2022. Thanks to Wingman. A opque, dark brown black coloured pour with a fading halo of tan head. Aroma is dark bitter dakr chocolate, salt, hazelnut, . Flavour is composed of oily dark chooclate, apple, sticky brown sugars, apple, caramel, sticky tofee, boozy fruit cake. Palate is Medium sweet, oily, sticky, mellow carboantion, light spice, Boozy.

Xmas Boozy Bottleshare. Thanks to the team, particularly Wingman. Opaque dark brown black beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, slightly soft, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, some dark chocolate Impy vibes but also a decent amount of toffee caramel. Big smooth bourbon, big and ripe fruity and mildly spicy. Smooth slightly sticky finish. Wonderfully rich.
