Bottle @ Cafe Albert. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of malt, caramel, dried fruit, light wood, maple, whisky. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, chocolate, dried fruit, dates, maple, light wood, whisky, alcohol. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. Bottle. Pours hazy mahogany, small tan head, decent lacing. Huge Aroma ofc dark sugars, toffee, maple, cocoa, bourbon, vanilla. Flavor is very sweet, light plus bitter. Full body, silky mouthfeel. Very very good, but a barleywine?

Bottle@Peders Perleplader & TTO Catchup, Copenhagen (15/05/2022) - black with a tiny ringed brown head. Sweet dark malty with loads of maple sweetness, some light spice, dense dark malty full body, more maple and some bourbon into the close. Beautiful.
