Draught @ Midland Brew House, Saddlebrook NJ. Extremely hazy lemon yellow with a small foamy off-white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-unripe mango taste, alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish with alcohol aftertaste. The alcohol escapes a bit.

27th April 2024 Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth if slightly dry pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Cascade hops bring light but crisp pine and a light savoury bitter touch. Nice juicy mandarin on the back end with a trace of tangerine, mango and ripeish pineapple. A little hop spice starts to nibble. Good stuff, could drink a lot of this.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 20/04/24. Hazed orange topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is bitter orange, light breads, melon, pine nip, papaya, grass. Taste comprises grapefruit, mango, hop spice, pine needle, melon, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with lightly aggressive juicy come dankened hop bitterness. Tidy DIPA.
