A delightful mix of three different hops into one delicious hazy IPA. Leaning heavily on Australian and New Zealand hops, we used Galaxy, Nectaron, and Nelson Sauvin for strong Pineapple, Stone Fruit, and Passion fruit character, with a soft bitterness.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some floral hops undertones and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some light malt notes with some tropical flavours and a semi-sweet finale. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA but more flavours could have been extracted from the hops.

A lightly hazed golden blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. Can.
