This beer is a bit unsual at the beginning and a bit though at the palate. After you become nice aromas with a pleasant touch of salt, vanilla and raspberry with a traditional sourness and lactose with a note of dryness, hop but not predominant, 19.08.20, at Epalinges

Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is some sea buckthorn, mild yeasty and salty notes as well as some toasted notes. Flavour is salty and quite tart with some stomach acidic feel to it. Quite strange, but at the same time drinkable, though a bit on the acidic side of even being acidic.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Stas. Hazy deep golden. Fruitiness, lacto, some malt, some funk, vanilla note, sourish and a bit sweetish, a bit of salt.

Batch 628. Pretty weird, very sweet. Underneath all the sweet fruit and vanilla is some good sourness, but maybe the age hurt that a bit? Nice saltyness, sea buckthorn adds lovely light and refreshing berry notes, vanilla works well. Good stuff, sweet.

Bottle. A- Slightly sweet, vanilla, juicy. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Fruity, subtle rubber, tart, salt. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A lot of great ingredients that worked well together but I'm not sure how to really describe it. The vanilla is present and the salt to a degree. The buckthorn which I am learning I really like just seems to add a generic fruity tartness. Above average.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle, best by March 26, 2020, poured into a glass. Hazy orange with very small white head. Aroma is tart wheat, medium body, low carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is tart wheat and a little salt. Different, expensive, and not my thing.

A lightly hazed dark amber gose with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at Clandestin.
