500 ml bottle, beer #687, from Kalø Whisky & Vin. ABV is 6.2%. Deep golden to orange colour, hazy when the yeast is poured, moderate white head. Wheaty aroma with notes of coriander seeds, orange peel and black peppercorn. Refreshing flavour, not too sweet, with the same elements as the aroma, moderate hops. Harmonious and well balanced.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a white head. Perfumy coriander nose. Medium body, a sweet fruitiness with an underlying orange note and some late bitterness. Fairly potent for a Wit. 100921
