Bottiglia. Sentori di orzo vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è farinoso, pulito e dissetante. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano indizi di miele, cereali, agrumi e banana.

Bottle. Honeyish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy and some mild earthy and yeasty tones. Flavour is yeasty, some wheat, floral and some bananas. Watery. Hefeweizen elements are there, but too thin.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours hazy pale gold with a frothy just off-white head. Aroma is herbal, floral, wheaty, yeasty, citrus, banana. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, foamy. Okay.

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, cabbage water. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cabbage water, wheat, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240427]
