Bottle. Honeyish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy and some mild earthy and yeasty tones. Flavour is yeasty, some wheat, floral and some bananas. Watery. Hefeweizen elements are there, but too thin.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours hazy pale gold with a frothy just off-white head. Aroma is herbal, floral, wheaty, yeasty, citrus, banana. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, foamy. Okay.

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, cabbage water. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cabbage water, wheat, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240427]

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, hops, yeast, fruits and has a sweet malty finish.

Vi befinner oss omtrent midt i løypa på Mi2 denne februarkvelden, og seremonimester Melberg har nettopp annonsert en serie fra et (for oss nytt) italiensk bryggeri, alt på elegante 0,33 flasker. Det skulle nokså raskt vise seg at i enkelte av tilfellene var designet det eneste å glede seg over. Denne var først ut: lett uklar lys gylden med ok skum. Floral, krydret aroma og smak med søtlig avslutning. Fikk litt assosiasjoner til barndommens smørepålegg Banos.
