Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 18B adapted: low alcohol). Can 44 cl - Batch undeclared (packaged on 13/12/23 - BB 13/06/24). AROMA: medium-high hop aroma (grapefruit, peach, lime) with a low and slightly sweet neutral malt background. APPEARANCE: slightly hazy yellow color. medium-low white head with ok retention for style. TASTE: initial medium-low hop notes (lime, peach, pine, slight grapefruit), followed by medium-low neutral malt background with a slight floury character. medium bitterness with a semi-dry finish with a lingering bitterness. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a not that bad low alcohol pale ale.

Can from Luvians, St Andrews. It pours hazy golden - blonde with a study white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, fruit cocktail, ripe melon, dragon fruit, peach and floury bread. The taste is crisp, dry, dull citric tartness, green, weedy, floury bread, slightly chalky, pithy, zesty and a touch of peppery spice with a drying, pithy finish. Light body and average carbonation. Quite a well done nolo hazy.
