Bottle. Way too much wax here. An unclear copper colored beer with a minimalistic white head. Vinegar, red berries, some oxidized pale malts and caramel in the aroma. Tart, medium to full bodied and softly carbonated, with a tart fruity flavor. Some dark dried fruit. Lasting finish. Too much vinegar going on here, else it's sure a fine one. 241228

Bottle @ Håntverkeren. Unclear golden body with practically no head. Aroma is dominated by vinegar acidity and hint of wood. Taste is pretty acidic, vinegar, lemon, hint of malt and oak. Medium body with a tart, acidic aftertaste as well. A bit to one-dimensional sour with lack of wild beer complexity for my taste but not bad. The taste is quite clean with no off flavors and sure a nice and interesting one for sharing a bottle, but otherwise one for me alone would be too much.
