Cask, seasonal for St George’s day.
A seasonal brewed to refresh the dragon in his fight against St George! Floral and berry hop aromas followed by a smooth mouthfeel with subtle hints of bitterness.

Cask @ No Sign Bar, Swansea. Reddish copper, with a white head. Aroma of chocolate, cherries and crystal malt. Sweet with slight bitter to balance. A bit of fruity sourness on the way down. Long balanced finish. Grows on you throughout pint. I have said before that this brewery reminds me a bit of pre-Coors Sharp’s, not a bad thing at all in my opinion.
