Bottle at The Brewhouse café, The Vybe Natuonal Trust house, nr Basingstoke. Aroma is dry but sweet. Clear light gold. Bubbly translucent white head soon disappears. Light sourness with underlying sweet juice. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Light and very drinkable.

500ml bottle as part of a delivery from KWM, Kilkeel and drunk at home. Light colour, almost straw, clear with some visible carbonation but no discernible head. Fairly appley aroma but not particularly strong, just a light whiff of fruit. Sweet taste, almost too sweet without a lot of bite. Medium carbonation. It is pretty unremarkable but it's refreshing enough.

Bottle from KWM. Appearance - pale yellow and clear. Steady carbonation. Nose - dry tart apple and skin. Taste - luscious sweet apple this time. Palate - definitely medium at least. Low acidity. Overall - decent.

500ml bottle @ Dudmaston Hall, Bridgnorth. Bit of a surprise finding this Northern Ireland cider here of all places. Shared with Soph between exploring the hall and walking the grounds with Elliot. Pours clear gold, sparkling. Aroma has good medium apple fruit. Taste has perhaps a fleshier brighter natural fruit presence, nice subtle bitter bite. Pretty enjoyable.

Bottle at the Bar Tender, Dundalk, 22/09/18. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy apple, straw, crisp and clean aroma. Taste comprises apple pulp, light sugars, grass, hint of caramel, orchard wood. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

500ml bottle from Baggot Street Wines. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity tart apple. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, alittle tartness with some mellow citric notes. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
