Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5
Cask @ the Brunswick, Derby. Pours dark brown/black. Almost no head. Aroma is of American whiskey, smoke and paint. Tasty at first but the whiskey dominates, turning it sickly. It’s the old ’if I want whiskey I’ll drink whiskey’ argument really. Hard to tell what’s behind the JD.
