Tap@Taphouse, CPH - dark brown pour with a thin off white head. Aroma and taste comprises dark malts, caramel, treacle, brown sugar, licorice, nuts, dark dried fruits, spices, dry sweetish finish. Gorgeous brew.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy dark fruit and caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy caramel and dark fruit flavor with weak hints of licorice. Has a sweetish malty spicy caramel and dark fruit finish.

Tap @ TapHouse. Unclear dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, oak, wood, litte candy sugar and dark fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, oak, dark fruits, candy sugar, sweet, little acid, little ripe fruit, little dry, wood and a little bitter.

From tap. Pours dark brown with a small off white head. Sweet fruity and caramelish. Light spiced. Bitter, fruity and roasted malty. Dry and solid malty finish. It does come through that this has Stjernebryg as the basis.
