Bottle sample at a tasting at the new LiBira brewpub. Thanks Vova. Hazy golden with a white head. Sourish aroma, a bit perfumy, with chamomile, yeast, fruits, pickles. Sourish flavor with yeast, fruits, chamomile. Medium-bodied. Interesting.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Chamomile present. Moderate bitter flavor. Some chamolmile present. Average light bitter finish. Brett not so present. Oily palate.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and herbal. Mild citric, estery, fruity and light herbal. Lingering smooth fruity and light yeasty. Medium dry finish.

Bottle from Hopfen & Malz. Hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is yeast and a little spice. Flavor is tart fruit, hop with a hint of chocolate malt. Finish is dry and a little salty.

(Draught at Heidenpeters, Berlin, 18 July 2015) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, peaches, hay and floral hops. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, peaches, pineapple, white bread, flowers (chamomile?) and a fairly sweet finish with a gentle bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Interesting and tasty, with a certain floral character. Quite nice.

Tap@Heidenpeters, Berlin (as Don Camillo Saison) - fuzzy golden orange pour with white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, bretty, yeasty, zesty citrus lemon notes, dry fruity finish.
