Brewed with Weyermann malt (mainly Barke Pilsner), it features a rich malt aroma, soft mouthfeel, and toffee notes. We used an authentic Bavarian yeast strain alongside Tettnang and Hallertauer Mittlefrüh hops for flavour depth.

Can at the inlaws, picked up from Bottleneck, Broadstairs, 21/03/2025.
Clear golden, some carbonation evident, topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl mid glass.
Nose is pale malts, cereals, sultanas, stale bread, straw.
Taste comprises tangy fruit esters, breads, pale malts, corn husk, herb, hedgerow.
Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close.
Not going to win awards but a decent enough Festbier.

On tap at Low Key Taproom Ashford. Clear deep gold colour. Lasting white head. Some malt. Some sweetness. Some white flower finish. Finish is similar to the Slip I had before. Needs a bit more bitterness. Perhaps some Magnums as bittering hop. Fullish in mouth. Decent stab at style. OK.
