Cask at Olive Twist, Stockholm.
Perfectly served, you see how it slowly settels and leave a perfecly creamy white head over an opaque staw colored ale.
A neutral aroma, just a little pale maltiness. The aroma from a pint glass is low.
Firm bitterness and nice citrus pi y hop taste.
Firm body balance the beer.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 17th April 2026. Slightly hazy gold with shallow white foam affording full lacing. Grassy hops aroma. Citrus zest and grassy hoppiness in-mouth with just the suggestion of smoke. A hempy, grassy finish. Full body and a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

Cask gravity K&ES 2023 Clear gold colour lasting white head. Tasty 5 per cent citrus fruity beer. Something like Summer Lightning but a bit more citrus fruit. Good condition

Gravity dispense at the Royston, Broadstairs, 13/05/23. Clear golden with a good sized off white cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is bitter orange, grass, melon, citric tinged straw, hint of grapefruit. Taste comprises orange peel, melon, light breads, citric tinged straw, grapefruit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close spiked with grassy to light juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough cask IPA.
