75cl bottle from Le Chais, Hazebrouck. Hazed blonde appearance, large white head. Peppery nose. Medium bodied, good spicy peppery presence with noble hops adding a nice brisk bitterness without letting fruity hop elements overshadow things. Prefer my saisons sweeter personally, but it's still a lovely beer.

On tap at Kerelshof Cassel.Hazy gold beer with lasting white head Saison flavour. Quite bitter on the finish. Cold refreshing. The peppery bitter finish builds and builds. Tasty.
