Someone once described the job of the brewer is to let the yeast do its job and in this case it has done magnificently. Primary fermentation with our house yeast then inoculated with a strain of Brettanomyces that develops flavours of Cantaloupe Melon and Lychees.

Loved this, and was interesting watching my Dad's reaction.

On tap at The Made Inn Ashford. Gold amber slight haze. Thin white head. Hoppy aroma. Touch of brett. Some earthy orange centennial flavour. I quite liked it. A touch brett and sour on the finish. OK.

Keg @ Café Beermoth, Manchester. Golden-amber with a glow and a small head. Hops, crisp enough for a dry texture brew and some fruity notes too.
