375ml bottle purchased through Hoptimism and drunk at home. Pinkish gold and clear with a small white head. Massive funk, lots of farmyard and vinegar with deep notes of sour cherry. A lovely sweet/sour interplay in the taste, more cherry, underripe berry, rosé wine. Big sourness on the final end of the sip. Light body, medium to heavy carbonation. Extremely good.

Bottle thanks to Drew. Hazy pink gold colour thin white head. Sour cherry and red currants. Pink peppercorns. Some sourness on finish. Lots of fruit. Real fruit. Really quite sour. Sherbet mouthfeel pretty good really interesting.

Bottle from Tidens Farver @ Home. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of sourness, malt, wet wood, tart fruit. Flavor is light sour, tart fruit, light malt, wood, tart fruit, cherry stone, light vanilla, little white wine. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 070522
