A blend of gin BA Stevnsberry from the 2020-vintage and fresh blackberry mead from the 2021-harvest. Further conditioned on lime zest from over 100 limes zested by hand, together with some of its juice.
The blackberries adds another depth of flavor, and some juicy and jammy fruit flavors to balance out the oak and juniper characteristics from the barrel-aging, which makes for a sweet but firm drinking experience. Together with the sweet and highly aromatic lime notes in both the aroma and the flavor, your mind will quickly be taken towards a Nordic take on the bramble cocktail.

Bottle pour at Peders, pours a deep dark cherry pinkish red. Aroma is full of gin, lime, and mixed berries, along with intense honey. Flavour is full of lime, with gin barrels, rich honey, and dark red berries. Complex, with a wonderful lime and gin character on the finish. Lovely.

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at troubles' place. Deep purple. Berries, jammy, spicy, botanical, sweet and slightly sourish, rounded.

A slight oxidized note on the nose but taste seems fine. Sweet, fruity, lots of cherry, some dark berries, honey. Don't really notice the gin barrel, maybe a touch of florals in the aftertaste. Smooth, very nice.

Dark bright red, doesn't look super sticky. Smell is cherry, some blackberry, jammy, bit tart. Very nice soft and light body, with a slight boozyness at the end. Tastes sweet mostly, tiniest acidity. Lovely soft cherry and berries, gentle, warming, rich.
