A modern and easy drinking, well balanced Session IPA with an enticing aroma blending citrus and tropical notes with a clean, dry finish and characteristic grapefruit high notes. Brewed with Cascade hops from our hop garden and complemented with US Mosaic and Centennial hops added late in the brew to make the perfect tropical marriage.

A cheeky lunchtime pint at the Golden Fleece to celebrate the last of the Christmas shopping for my wife. A fine looking pint in the glass with a deep dark golden colour and excellent lacing. The taste was all about bitter hops which was right up my street. There was plenty of malt and did I detect a bit of corn, or was it just my imagination? Anyway, an excellent pint of beer, but perhaps not the most sessionable.
