A modern and easy drinking, well balanced Session IPA with an enticing aroma blending citrus and tropical notes with a clean, dry finish and characteristic grapefruit high notes. Brewed with Cascade hops from our hop garden and complemented with US Mosaic and Centennial hops added late in the brew to make the perfect tropical marriage.

Bottle from Sainsbury's and drunk at home. Clear pale brown colour lasting white head. Decent enough bitter. Certainly it seems British brewers are using more hops. Their presence is much more obvious. It has some malt, some distinctive white pepper hops on the finish. I thought very decent. Very drinikable.

0,5l bottle from bottle from Sainsbury's Supermarket in Horsham. Head is thin, white, quick gone. Colour is gold, light hazy. Aroma is orange, mandarine, some tropical fruits. Taste is light malty base, orange, mandarine, mango touch, nice balanced bitterness, refreshing, enjoyed.

Cask at The Plume of Feathers, Greenwich. Notes of liquorice on the nose. Gold look. Quite sweet and clean ending. Decent.

Bottle from Sainsbury's Supermarket, Halifax. Golden-amber with a small bubbly head. Easy enough with pithy orange citrus notes.

Cask at Bird in Hand, Stafford. Pours golden yellow with a small off-white head and good lacing. Malts and floral hops vie for attention in the aroma. In the mouth it starts off briefly sweet and juicy, but some underlying bitterness is soon detected, and this quickly increases. Floral hops, marmalade and tropical fruits plus hints of mango and kiwi. Finish is quite bitter and slightly dry. It’s reasonable.

Golden with white head that soon dissipates. A - floral, melon bit of stone fruit and pine F - bready malt, oranges with marmalade bitterness in the finish. Could use a bit more malt body for me but It's a nice, easy drinking if nothing outstanding.

Cask ale at Flying Horse, half-pint shared with Finn. Remaining off-white head, fair lacing and a clear amber body. Lemony hops on the nose, mid-dry, inviting. Mixed taste of bread-like malts, lemony hops, and a biscuit note. Ends with a short malt-bitter twist. Quite alright. (Tottenham Court Road, London, 28.09.2023).
