Our house stout brewed all year round!
Finest Maris Otter malt is blended with a variety of specialty malts creating a dark beer notes of nutty biscuits, dark berries and coffee.
We of course added a hefty amount of whole whitstable rock oysters during the boil (approximately 1 per pint). This lends a subtle minerality and salinity to the beer giving it a delicious umami edge.

Keg @ Sea Farmer's Dive, Whitstable. Pours a very dark brown, foamy tan head. Excellent oyster stout, just bitter enough, just salty enough, great malt depth.. very well presented. Went well with some Scampi fries.
