Bottle from Fyne Ales. It pours clear copper - gold with a fluffy white head. The aroma is musty, funk, light vanilla, oak, gooseberry fool, white grape, dessert.wine, apple skin, granny smith, pear, musty, funky, barnyard, floral accents and a touch of pink Turkish delight. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, zingy, puckering sourness, grape must, deep funk, dry oak, barnyard, dirty brett, over-ripe citrus, sherbet, sour candy, fizzy cola bottles lemon - lime, gooseberry, white wine, light acidity, greengage and dried leaves with a drying, funky finish. Medium body and and fine, massaging carbonation. Nice depth of flavour. Good funk, oak and fruity vibes. A fair step up from the previous. Has a maturity to it.
