Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, good fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a light and slightly floral creamy sweetness. Light pine into soft but bright citrus and mango. Tangerine and mandarin. Mild hop spice. Something else tropical on the back end. Light and hop spicy finish. Tidy and drinkable. Starting to wonder if Strata is the next Mosaic, doesn't taste like it did and I would lay money that is down to hop terroir.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 31/08/24. Hazed orange topped with a lasting creamy off white head. Nose is bitter orange, pineapple, grass, melon, grapefruit. Taste comprises guava, mandarin, citric zest, grass, airy malts, light pine tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced light juice laden hop bitterness. Okay DIPA if stuck a little between 3rd and 4th gear.

Foamy off white head left a thick creamy head in a murky golden coloured body. Orange, pine & resin aroma. Full bodied, creamy & sticky. Nectarine, bubble gum, lime, exotic fruits & melon tastes with a hopped up resinous finish. Class.
