Keg at CBJ, Bermondsey, 31/07/24. Hazed orange with a lasting white head. Nose is grass, herb, floral notes, phenols, lemon rind, stale bread.. Taste comprises hedgerow, lemon rind, hedgerow, light yeast, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough Hefe ... on the sharper citric end of the spectrum not the caramel sweet type.
Banana, slightly herbal, light
