Crack a can of this mixed-culture beauty, and the peachy hue and vinous nuances will have you searching for some dappled sunlight to enjoy it in. The Carolina crew fermented the brew with local muscadine grapes, infusing the sip with Appalachian terroir. Then they can conditioned it for a champagne-like effervescence.

Tasting Notes
Tart stone fruit aromas waft out of every spritzy pour, leading to a complex mélange of sour apricot, grape skin, and gooseberry flavors. Rose-like florals and oaky whispers blend with a dash of herbaceousness on the end that begs another tangy taste.

Re-rate at Whippoorwill, on tap. Stemware. Hazy, watermelon-colored stemware pour; active. Yeasty, Sidra sour, melon, muscadine, well water nose. Sharp & sweet, leaning sweet. Melted Skittles via the muscadine, grape & lime. Lemon juice, lingering grape skins, faint wheat. This is lovely. 4.5 4/14/23 - Single can from Appalachian. Mojito glass @home. Hazy, sparkling, watermelon-colored pastel pour. Smells like a melted daiquiri. Strawberry syrup & white booze. Tropical punch & a bit of gin. Prickly, softly tart, watermelon pith, lime, sweet vinegar, taught grape skins, residual salt. Thick, low to medium carb, good acid, mellow tartness, abv is just fine. Solid. 3.8
