Nectaron is likely to become our new favourite and it flies out of the tap room! So you know its gotta be good! Nectaron hops are one of the latest hops to come out of New Zealand, we have paired them up with Citra hops juicy tropical notes to create a winning combo! Trust me, I asked our in house Kiwi!

Cans from House Of Trembling Madness and Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant. Milky golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach, straw and freshly opened hop bag. Flavour of lemon sponge, papery malt, lime and peach. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is more bitter than I expected but it’s pretty good overall.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light smooth malts, sweet enough. A good dose of cooling pine introduced the old dog and the new pup hops. Citra a little green hop skunky here, as it can be, pretty mild. Nice light citrus mixes well with the almost sweet peach and Nectarine of Nectaron. The latter seems particularly vibrant here, really feels like I have just taken a bite out of a fresh Nectarine. A light pinch of hop spice on the end. Total hop delight!
