Tap @ Steamworks, Vancouver. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are ginger, soap, caramel and hops.

On tap. Pours a copper brown with no head. Aroma of fresh gingerbread. Tastes the same. A little syrupy, somewhat like a thick ginger pop. Not cloying, but not really to my taste.

Hazy gold, lasting white head.Scarce bead. Sharp ginger nose. Light fresh pleasant ginger profile, light bitterness. Great lacing

Slightly hazy amber. Fresh ginger aroma with little nuance or subtlety. The flavour is also quite gingery, with notes of caramelly, earthy malt. The finish is refreshing, at least until the earthy, toasty malts cut back in.
