22 oz. bottle purchased at One Stop Market stamp on neck reads 10/22/2014. Caramel covered dark fruit and light peat in the aroma. Flavor is very smooth for a 10%, hidden extremely well. Nice mild Smokey peat flavor in the backend. Nice.

S/o to Adrien to Chris. Looks like copper juice, 1 finger off white to brown head. Smells really nice. Burnt sugar, molasses and maple syrup. Taste is also nice. Really clean, nice burnt sugar taste, lots of syrup, a little bit of cherry, birch wood, cedar and oreo cookie. Very sweet but I like the finish.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours coppery brown with a slight, transient beige(?) head. Aromas of peaty dark fruit. With a plumminess following. Full bodied. Flavor is more plummy than anything else, but there seems to be peat, and just a hint of spice. Itβs malty, but not sticky, and all in all itβs quite refreshing. Heat is not an issue at all. And the plummy fruitiness just keeps on into the finish. Plums, one asks? I tend to see the world through plum colored glasses, or tongue or nose or whatever. Actually, if this were a blind tasting, Iβl have plumped for a plummy Belgian Quad.

Pours mahogany into a thistle. Off-white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Mild caramel and toasty booze aromas. Thick with metallic nuts and caramel upfront turning sweet in the lasting toffee finish.
