Cask at gbbf 2015 day 4. Thanks Chris. Aroma is really dirty grains, citrus, wheat, stale wheat, some sharp citric acid. Murky bright yellow coloured pour with a film of white head. Flavour is composed of flabby wheat grains, orange, dirty straw and spicy orange rind. Palate is doughy and flabby with low carbonation. Not very good.

Bottle from Booths, MediaCityUK [061111]
Straw, white haze, thin white head
Aroma - soft spicy, coriander, soft aromatic, light lemon, touch of ginger, nice soft spices
Taste of light malts, mellow spicy, hint of ginger, aromatic spices, lemon, coriander, soft fruits, dab of creamy wheat
Palate - Medium carb and body, bit too fizzy, quite sweet, soft bitter. Finish as main flavour.
Overall - Soft flavours, maybe a bit attenuated and was over fizzy, but quite nice

Bottle. I hope I have had a bad one.... Nose is of copper and musty wardrobes. Colour is a weak yellow, slightly cloudy no head. Taste is appalling, a slight hint of marzipan, and a touch of pepper, the finish is chlorine and water (have I just drank a swimming pool?!). It tasted more like a commercial pilsner than a wheat beer. Mouthfeel is water. Overall: I love wheat beer, especially Belgians. This tastes like no other wheat beer, I’ve ever tried, the brewer seems to have tried to make a wheaty larger, and has made a mess. Utterly dreadful on every level, comfortably the worst wheat beer, I have ever had and one of the worse beers. Ended up down the sink.
