A passion piece, our ode to one of our favourite styles, the Farmhouse style Saison.
Coming in at 8.3% abv, at it's base, this Saison is refreshing and fruity with spicy characteristics, and perfectly balanced low bitterness.
The cherry adds ripe, nutty and woody notes with the red grape delivering dry and sweet overtones with a touch of tannic at the close

On tap at Old Bike Store Worthing. Clear red colour lasting pink head. I mean it's too sweet Saison dryness kicks I later but this is very sweet fruit led. fruit syrup i guess. its a bit like a Belgian strong with artificial red fruits like Kwak Rousse I had recently. not awful but not good either. too sweet nice dry saison finish.

7-4-7-3-14 Can, # 405, five months before bbd. Pours hazy dark red, with a big creamy, reddish head. Aroma is estery yeast with cherries, dates and dark fruits, as well as wood and some phenolic notes. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast, with hay, forrest berries, cherries and fruit peel, as well as floral farmhouse notes. Dry finish.
