An unfiltered, naturally hazy pale ale with a silky mouthfeel. Generously dry-hopped with Mosaic, Ekuanot and Motueka for a wonderfully citrus and tropical flavour. Fermented with London Ale III yeast for a mildly bitter finish.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours hazed yellow-gold with a lasting, bubbly white head. Lightly sweet, has supportive pale bread, melon, tangerine, a little pithy grapefruit, peach, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Nice balance to finish, more bright, citrusy hops, soft rindy bitterness, pale bread. Good stuff.
