Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good size bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Somewhat thin malts, reasonably sweet nonetheless. Bru - 1 brings crisp pine, light bright citrus, orange and mandarin. Just a whisper of tropical fruits. Crisp finish. It's fine, quite drinkable, but Bru-1 is more distinctive than this brew showcases. This could be any old C hop pale ale, decent nontheless. So a drinkable beer but you will not learn anything about Bru-1 from this imho.

Keg at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Murky golden orange pour with a white head. Nose is grapefruit, white grape, touch of sweet fruit. Taste is pear drops, sweet malt, white grape. Herby bittersweet finish.
