Gravity cask at the Drayman’s Son, Ely. Mid-gold, hazy. The decent-sized white head disappears quickly. Lemony and floral scent with some gentle sweet spice. The taste is fairly unbalanced in my opinion: a sweetish sour that persists mostly unchanged through to the finish, with some light suggestions of ground coriander in the aftertaste. It’s not bad but neither is it great, and considering the source I had higher hopes.
