The aroma is soft, clean, bready malt, cracker, biscuit, doughy, hint of candied lemon, lime, custard creams, melon, pear sherbet and a touch sharp apple. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, crushable, snappy, clean malt base, straw, cracker, biscuit, lemon - lime, floral accents, toasty grains, grass, mint and some orchard fruits with a drying finale.
