The story goes that the legendary Tiramisu was created in the 1960s in the north of Italy and has since been enjoyed around the World. The beauty of this dish lies in its spectrum of flavours and textures, with the sponge and soft mascarpone providing a contrast for the roasted coffee and indulgent dark cocoa. This iteration of the Pardus series provided a fun challenge as we strived to do justice to such a renowned dessert and we think we have captured the flavours perfectly.

Can, small stable thick bubbly head, o intense dark brown colour, aroma of vanila, mud, ash, flavor of cookies, plums, some chocolate, mud, light bitterness, light sweetness, surprisingly light body. Nice but had better pardus clones.

Keg at The Colmore; dark black pour with a creamy tan head, aroma had coffee, taste has rich coffee, some creamy milk chocolate, light bitterness, creamy mouthfeel.

440ml can from Thornbridge Beer Club - Deep black body, tan white head. Sweet coffee and dark chocolate on the nose, cloying demerara sugar feel in the taste. Amusing, but was hoping for some a bit more substantial.

Can. Thornbridge subscription box. Clear cola brown. Loose lasting beige foam. Chocolate ice cream. Cocoa powder. Lightly nutty malts. A bit (but not especially a lot) like Marsala tiramisu. Sweet and fairly rich. Bit mind boggling this. It’s artificial I’m sure. Sank it just to get it over with.

Creamy tan head on a near black body. Smoked, malt & burnt aroma. Medium bodied, creamy with a dry back. Smoky, roasted, malt, chocolate & boozy tastes. A bit too sweet.
