Copper bitter my friend (flat caps optional). Roasted, pale and pils malts combined with good old fuggles hops, give a lovely crisp finish to Matlocks best bitter.

Cask at the Red Lion, Matlock. New brewery for me. Chestnut colour with an off-white head. Caramel and cooked strawberries. Twiggy, earthy finish. Ok bitter.
