Our Festbier is made in the traditional style with all-German hops and malts. It's similar to a Märzen in style, but lighter in colour and body making it supremely drinkable and perfect for a party. Best enjoyed with friends and pretzels.

Clear golden beer, thick white head. Bitter aroma. Flavour is nutty, with some malt, a little fruit, something a bit floral. Not bad, but not much going on.

Can at home, from Siren online, 10/12/22. Clear golden to light amber with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is pale malts, herb, straw, grains, soft breads, light floral notes, stewed fruits. Taste comprises pale and bready malts, hedgerow, toasted grains, faint lemon rind, herb, straw, dusty hop presence. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close. Solid refreshing and crushable logger bier.

Tap at Siren, Sunday, 25th September 22. Pours a clearish beer. Aroma is caramel and some yeast, malts. Taste is smooth, light caramel and malts, lacks a little depth, but it’s good for a light weight Marzen
