WARM DAWN is a strong, hoppy, and bitter West Coast IPA.
Brewed for the Alpha King Challenge – the Yakima Chief Hops and 3 Floyds Brewery competition to determine the most well-balanced and drinkable hop-forward beer of 60+ IBUs (International Bitterness Units). We use Columbus throughout the boil followed by a heavy dose of Columbus and Citra in the whirlpool. On the dry-hop we finish the beer with Chinook, Amarillo, and Citra.
Strong, hoppy, and bitter. Welcome the WARM DAWN.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours lightly hazed gold with a creamy, off-white head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of ripening citrus, pine, sun-kissed malts, orange peel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Subtly resinous finish, lightly toasted pale malts, pine, semi-ripe citrus fruits. Good stuff.
