Bottle drunk at the end of summer, just around its expiration, ideal time for a winter beer right? Murky brown. Carbonation close to zero. Nose: roasty slight-cardboardy scents and some citrusy hops/spices. Actually not gone too bad in taste, like a vanilla-cinnamon candle and mulled wine lemon juice, pretty big and smooth bitterness, not too sweet. Honestly I'd suggest a shorter expiration just to get it off store shelves before summer.

Copper body, with a medium, beige head. Aroma of citric hops, winter spices, moderate vegetables, hones. Tastes similar, less strange, a bit more sweet. Slightly oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes bitter, a bit sweet, spicy. The nose is a bit strange, with some off notes. Tastes better though. Not the most balanced or interesting beer, but solid enough. Score: 6 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 13

Mein persönliches Jahresabschlussbier 2023 🎉, das ich aufgrund der Bierverweigerung meiner Mitfeiernden bei einer Weihnachtsfeier von Freunden meiner Frau, alleine trinken musste. Ist aber nur halb so schlimm, da es mir sehr gemundet 🤤 hat. Es ist nicht zu schwer, bringt aber im vollen Körper tolle Gewürznoten nach Zimt🪵, Koriander und Nelken gepaart mit einem malzigen Abgang. Kein Bier für ein schnelles Zwischendurch, aber als feierliches Weihnachtsbier 🧑‍🎄ist es auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Bottle. Hazy dark orange color with tiny off-white head. Aroma is spices, caramel, yeasty. Taste is caramel, spices, not much cinnamon but cloves. Rather thick oily mouthfeel, lowish carbonation. Alright!

0,75l bottle at home. Copper hazy color, small white head. smells spices, cinnamon, cloves, rather muddled smell. Ok. full body, soft carbonation. tastes spices, leathery, cloves, cinnamon, coriander. finishes lightly bitter with notes of spices, cinnamon, coriander. balance is not great.
