“La Rocca” has a golden colour and is slightly veiled, with white foam that adheres well to the glass. The fresh smell and citrus notes made from hops are well supported by wider aromas of fruits and spices resulting from fermentation. In the mouth the alcoholic wealth and important maltiness are well diluted by the flavor of hops. The complex aroma, extends into a long finish where a hint of bitterness will find its way to make it fully satisfying.
