Pale ale. The Mosaic hop was only named in 2012 and is the daughter of Simcoe, with nugget on the father’s side and said to have a distinctive blueberry note in the aroma.

Cask gravity at Bexley BF 2014. Clear gold lasting white head. Some tropical fruit. Could do with more hops

Halifax Beer Festival. Golden with a frothy head. No blueberry found with a generally malty character and a medium to high bitterness.
