Nice slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet spiced, dried fruits, thyme, sugar, grass, yeast, hay, flowers, citrus. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, hay, yeast, cherry stones, weeds, flowers, thyme, grass, citrus peel, sorrel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Draught@CBC2015. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, thyme, herbs and some citrus. Flavour is thyme, citrus, more thyme and some floral notes. Yet it’s quite nicely balance.
